Activities
In the summer, you can enjoy a variety of water sports right from your dock: kayaking, paddleboarding, and pedaling. In the morning, have your coffee by the lakeside. In the evening, when the sky is clear, you can admire the stars by the fire.
In the winter, hop on your snowmobile and take advantage of the numerous trails the region has to offer, where snowfall is abundant. You can explore cross-country skiing trails, go sledding, and snowshoe on the hiking trails.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
Full refund with a $500 administration fee if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, but we manage to rent the cottage.
Rules of Chalets Rochon
We ask our guests to adhere to the noise regulations of the city of Chute-Saint-Philippe. For more information, please contact the host.
References are required for the rental of groups of individuals aged 18 to 28. If the police are called for noise disturbance, and the owner is fined, the fine will be subsequently charged to the tenant.
- It is prohibited to make any noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM the following day, with an intensity of 45 decibels or more, at the property boundary from which the noise originates.
- It is prohibited to make any noise between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with an intensity of 60 decibels or more, at the property boundary from which the noise originates.
- No pets are allowed.
- Property boundaries must be respected.
- To preserve the ecosystem and the beauty of the lake, motorized watercraft from other lakes are prohibited.
